Cream City Scale is independently owned with ISO/IEC 17025 certified laboratories in Madison, WI and Loves Park, IL. Since 1921, we have focused on the calibration, repair, sales and installation of new equipment along with short term rentals and long term leasing to meet the special needs of our customers.

Customers count on our unique approach to business: combining strong Midwestern values and new technology in a straightforward business relationship. A dedicated, knowledgeable, hard working sales and service staff with a commitment to excellence has driven our success since 1921. We may have updated our logo since this one was published but we haven't changed our approach to business.

Cream City Scale represents some of the best manufacturers in the scale industry including: AND, Pennsylvania, GSE, MSI, S.I. Technologies, Doran, Dillon, Digi and Rice Lake Weighing Systems. We back these names with factory trained and state licensed service technicians and support these techs with spare parts inventory, tools, trucks, an administrative staff, and CRS, our online calibration documentation system.

We have maintained our 17025 certified laboratory in Madison, Wisconsin for more than 30 years. The techs who man this office provide local service and support while our sales staff is available to discuss your weighing needs.

Our state of the art facility in Loves Park, IL was constructed in 2000 to meet the ever changing needs of our customers. A 17025 certified laboratory, service dispatch, engineering and programming offices are coupled with administrative and sales staff to meet the needs of Cream City Scale customers throughout Illinois and Wisconsin.
