Ship your scale to us for repair in our IEC 17025 certified laboratory. This program is simple to use and powerful in delivering quality service - FAST.
1. Click here to initiate this process.
2. An email is automatically generated and sent to Joe Haun, Service Manager at Cream City informing him that your scale is on its way.
3. Pack, insure, and ship your scale to either Cream City lab: Wisconsin (Madison, WI) or Stateline (Loves Park, IL). Clearly label this package: READY in 10
4. Upon arrival our tech inspects the scale and creates a Repair Estimate with a detailed time and material estimate along with shipping charges.
5. This Repair Estimate is emailed to you.
6. Make your decision on how you want to proceed and fax your Repair Estimate back to Joe Haun's attention at Cream City (F: 815-885-4127).
7. If you want to proceed enter your Purchase Order or credit card information on the Repair Estimate before you fax it back to us (Visa and Mastercard accepted). Your scale will be repaired within 10 business days from receipt of your order.
8. If you don't want to proceed with the repair, the scale is repacked and returned to you or it is disposed of, as specified in your faxed Repair Estimate.
9. You will receive a final email informing you that your scale is ready and is shipping back to you via the shipping option selected earlier.
